Keep symlinks in web/bundles directory after vendor update

When updating vendor through composer.phar, the content of "Resources/public" of each bundle is copied into web/bundles. In most cases it's useful to create symlinks and this guide explains how to set a parameter in composer.json to achieve that.

Set symfony-assets-install in composer.json

When installing/updating vendors through php composer.phar install|update, to create a symlink to each bundle instead of copying its assets, just set:

{
    "extra": {
        "symfony-assets-install":"symlink",
    }
}

in your composer.json.

This will save to give the command:

php app/console assets:install --symlink web

after every vendors install/update.
